Mehman's Booking Policy

• TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
• This Travel Agreement outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made with Mehman Travels. By confirming a booking, the traveler(s) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• 1. Payment Terms
• 1.1 A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• 1.2 The remaining balance shall be paid no later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• 1.3 Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.
• 2. Documentation Requirements
• 2.1 All guests are required to submit valid government-issued identification proof and address proof at the time of booking confirmation.
• 2.2 The Company reserves the right to deny services in case of incomplete or invalid documentation.
• 3. Itinerary Modifications
• 3.1 All tour itineraries are subject to modification based on weather conditions, operational constraints, ferry/cruise schedules, or governmental regulations.
• 3.2 The Company shall not be held liable for changes, delays, or substitutions in the itinerary.
• 4. Additional Services
• 4.1 Any services, excursions, or activities not explicitly included in the confirmed itinerary shall be treated as additional services.
• 4.2 Such services shall be provided subject to availability and applicable extra charges.
• 5. Timings, Delays & No-Show Policy
• 5.1 Travelers are strictly required to adhere to the scheduled timings.
• 5.2 Any delay caused by the traveler(s) resulting in missed tours or activities shall be treated as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling shall be applicable.
• 6. Force Majeure Clause
• 6.1 Mehman Travels shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or cancellation of services arising due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
• 6.2 This includes delays or cancellations of flights, ferries, cruises, or other transport services.
• 7. Transportation Policy
• 7.1 Vehicles provided shall be strictly allocated as per the confirmed itinerary and contractual agreement.
• 7.2 Vehicles shall not be used for any purpose beyond the scheduled tour plan.
• 7.3 Any additional usage shall be chargeable as per applicable rates.
• 8. Personal Belongings
• 8.1 Travelers shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
• 8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour.
• 9. Light & Sound Show Disclaimer
• 9.1 The Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail is subject to weather conditions and administrative approvals.
• 9.2 In case of cancellation, postponement, or alteration, no refund or compensation shall be provided.
• 10. Safety & Compliance
• 10.1 All travelers shall comply with safety instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local authority guidelines issued during the tour.
• 10.2 Non-compliance may result in removal from the tour without refund or liability on the Company.
• Booking Policy Declaration
• The Booking Policy has been formulated and implemented by the firm itself. However, this policy has been developed through the consolidation of standard terms and operational guidelines derived from multiple service sectors, including hotels, government tourism regulations, shipping services, and ferry transfer operators.
• All such referenced operational practices and service conditions have been carefully reviewed and integrated to create a single, comprehensive, and uniform booking policy applicable to all tours and travel services offered by the firm.
• This ensures consistency, clarity, and alignment with prevailing industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
