This Travel Agreement outlines the Andaman tour package terms and conditions for all bookings made with Mehman Travels. By confirming your booking, you agree to follow these Andaman travel booking terms, policies, and conditions.


1. Payment Terms for Andaman Tour Packages

1.1 You must pay at least 50% of the total amount in advance to confirm your Andaman tour package booking.
1.2 You must clear the remaining balance at least 15 (fifteen) days before your arrival date.
1.3 If you fail to complete the payment on time, we may cancel your booking without prior notice.


2. Documentation Requirements

2.1 You must submit valid government-issued ID proof and address proof at the time of booking confirmation.
2.2 If you provide incomplete or invalid documents, we reserve the right to deny services under our Mehman Travels terms and conditions.


3. Itinerary Modifications in Andaman Tours

3.1 We may modify itineraries due to weather conditions, ferry schedules, operational requirements, or government regulations in the Andaman Islands.
3.2 Therefore, we do not take responsibility for delays or changes, as these fall under standard Andaman tour conditions.


4. Additional Services

4.1 Any service not included in your confirmed itinerary will be treated as an additional service.
4.2 We provide these services based on availability, and you must pay extra charges accordingly.


5. Timings, Delays & No-Show Policy

5.1 You must follow all scheduled timings during your Andaman tour.
5.2 If you miss any activity due to delays, we will treat it as a no-show. In such cases, no refund or rescheduling applies.


6. Force Majeure Clause

6.1 We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control. These include natural disasters, weather changes, strikes, or government restrictions in Andaman.
6.2 In addition, this applies to ferry, cruise, and flight disruptions, which are common factors in Andaman travel terms and conditions.


7. Transportation Policy

7.1 We provide vehicles strictly as per your confirmed itinerary.
7.2 You cannot use the vehicle outside the planned schedule.
7.3 However, additional usage will incur extra charges as per policy.


8. Personal Belongings

8.1 You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip.
8.2 We do not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.


9. Light & Sound Show Disclaimer

9.1 The Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail depends on weather and administrative approvals.
9.2 If authorities cancel or delay the show, no refund or compensation will be provided, as per standard Andaman tour package terms.


10. Safety & Compliance

10.1 You must follow all safety instructions and local guidelines during your Andaman trip.
10.2 If you fail to comply, we may remove you from the tour without refund.


11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

11.1 You can request a refund only if you cancel within 30 days of booking. After that, no refund will be issued under our Andaman travel cancellation policy.

11.2 If you cancel within 30 days of travel, we will deduct 50% of the total tour cost.

11.3 If you cancel within 15 days of travel, we will charge 100% of the total amount.

11.4 Additionally, we may deduct a non-refundable processing fee in all cases.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you agree that you have read and accepted all Andaman tour package terms and conditions and Mehman Travels policies.

Booking Policy Declaration

1. The Booking Policy has been formulated and implemented by the firm itself. However, this policy has been developed through the consolidation of standard terms and operational guidelines derived from multiple service sectors, including hotels, government tourism regulations, shipping services, and ferry transfer operators.

2. All such referenced operational practices and service conditions have been carefully reviewed and integrated to create a single, comprehensive, and uniform booking policy applicable to all tours and travel services offered by the firm.

3. This ensures consistency, clarity, and alignment with prevailing industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
